Just a 10 minute walk from the water, where you can watch the yachts bob serenely in the bay, or an an easy walk to the city and Salamanca Market where you will find the best restaurants and bars. Hobart really is a foodie’s playground! Pick up some amazing pizzas and cocktails at Ti Ama, or go more fine-dining at The Lounge by Frogmore Creek. 

You’re also in a great location if you’re visiting for Dark Mofo, the legendary experimental winter arts festival, or MONA FOMA festival of music and art.

• A 10 minute stroll away is Sullivan’s Cove harbour, a delightful area to reconnect with the water. 
• St David’s Park is a lovely green space just on your doorstep, where you can start your day with a jog, or just people watch Hobart’s elite. 
• Visit the Brooke Street Pier, a four storey floating pier, both a building and a boat. You’ll find artisanal crafts coffee and bites to eat in this amazing space.
