Old school lobby/entry area which is controlled by building management, looks shabby on arrival but the apartment is as per the photos.

- You must stop at La Capannina for the ultimate in harbourside dining. The father and daughter restaurant is joined to Kirribilli Bowls Club and a stone's throw from Luna Park, offering the taste of modern Italian, with wide-spanning glass windows and a minimalist yet chic interior.
- Head to the Kirribilli club for a drink with the best views in Lavender Bay.
- Explore Wendy's Secret Garden – the worst kept secret in Sydney but one of the best stories of romance; a disused, derelict train yard space was turned into a beautiful memorial garden open to the public to explore.
