Among the many bustling restaurants and cafes, we recommend Totti’s for a laid-back Italian meal or M Deli and Favoloso Espresso Bar and Deli for exceptional coffee. For a day at the beach, Bronte Beach offers a relaxed atmosphere, while the consistent waves at Tamarama Beach make it an ideal spot for surf lovers seeking a coastal retreat.

Home Truths:
- Please note that there is neighbouring construction work nearby, however, we hope that over the Summer holidays this will cause minimal disruption however, we would like guest to know in advance prior to booking the property.
- There is construction next door. Working hours are standard through the week 7am - 3pm.
The Neighbourhood
- Soak up the sun on Bronte Beach, or grab a board and ride some waves at Tamarama, to make the most of your proximity to the stunning coast.
- Tune in to Sydney’s favourite cultural activity - brunch. You won’t be disappointed at M Deli, a friendly neighbourhood cafe serving fresh coffee and flawless food to suit every taste.
- For a full day trip jump in the car for a 10 minute day trip to Coogee. As well as the glorious beach, Coogee Pavillion offers a great choice of bars and eateries all blessed with fantastic views.
- You’re right at the start of the Bronte to Bondi coastal walk - and it’s well worth the journey, best finished with a cocktail in a bohemian Bondi bar.
There are great public transport links around this property, and you’re welcome to bring your own car. If you don't have a car we recommend a number of car-sharing apps such as Uber and Taxify.

Please be mindful of our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. For non-Airbnb bookings, IDs for verification will be required, and a pre-authorisation hold will be placed one day prior to arrival.
