The heart of this home is literally the centre; a second floor open plan kitchen and living space, with courtyards at each end, overlooking the ocean. Sharp architectural lines, large glass windows and a monochrome scheme ensures the entertaining floor is firmly in the present day, yet the incorporation of classic rattan dining chairs, Togo sofas, and an outdoor tulip dining table with wire Eames-style chairs, add a distinctly designer edge. The courtyard at the opposite end of the living space has a more enclosed, secret garden feel. A gorgeous tree overlooks the outdoor sofas, reminiscent of an art gallery cafe. You could spend hours here enjoying a fresh-squeezed lemonade in the warm sun, or serving a lengthy barbeque with friends.
On the ground and third floor you’ll find the four bedrooms and three pristine marble bathrooms. All bedrooms continue to celebrate the modern elegance that abounds in this home, the king boasting dramatic built in robes and its own sea view balcony.
Of course, the sea views mean only one thing. You’re metres from Bronte beach, and what better way to spend your days than relaxing on the golden sands, or hitting some waves when the surf is right. Bronte is also home to its famed ocean pool, Bronte baths, where the glamorous locals come to swim and sunbathe. You’d also be a fool to miss walking along the coastal walk to Bondi, where you can take in the most amazing views!

The Neighborhood
- One of our choice cafe’s has to be Huxtons; you’ll be served sea breezes and ocean views for free alongside your coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner and everything in between!
- A local’s favourite, and just on your doorstep is Iggy’s bread. With freshly baked pastries, loaves, bagels and more, you can’t walk past without being tempted!
- Adventure along the Bronte to Bondi coastal walk. You’ll find many a hiker coming the opposite way, and the stunning ocean views and rugged coastline have to be seen to be believed!
- Enjoy a day at Bronte Baths ocean pool, where locals and tourists have been swimming since the 1800’s.
- There are great public transport links around this property, and you’re welcome to bring your own car. If you don't have a car we recommend a number of car-sharing apps such as Uber and Taxify.
