A grand panelled home rising on stilts from the dramatic countryside, this 2023 architecturally designed home is a woodland cabin re-imagined for luxury. In the open-plan living space, picture windows frame your gorgeous river views, made only more relaxing by the warm interior. A butler's pantry is tucked to the side of the minimal kitchen, delivering plenty of practicality without impeding the tranquillity of the living space. A chic wooden dining table which seats eight is available for cooler days, although al fresco dining on the large terrace, complete with barbeque, is undoubtedly the best way to enjoy this exquisite home!

With four luxurious bedrooms, the master offering a walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite with rainfall shower, you’ll have plenty of space to unwind and spread out. For families, you’ll find a selection of kids' toys and games, as well as a high chair available, and older teens, might make use of the study nook in the master bedroom. There is also a main bathroom featuring a luxuriously deep free-standing bath, rainfall shower & floating vanity, as well as a powder room giving you all the space you need. 

Exploring the beautiful Tamar countryside and surrounding area is the real draw to this beautiful home. You can find local shops, eateries and conveniences close by in Legana, and you’re just 16 minute drive to Launceston's CBD for city conveniences. You’re also a stone's throw from Legana beach, a great picnicking spot on the banks of the river.

The Neighbourhood

• Explore some local vineyards to sample the best in local wines; Velo is an easy 5 minute drive and offers guided wine tastings through their picturesque vines. 
• Explore the Tamar Wetlands for a total escape in to nature, spotting rare and protected wildlife – a peaceful family day out. 
• A 21 minute drive away is the gorgeous Cataract Gorge Reserve, a little piece of wilderness, with chairlift rides floating above the gorgeous scenery. 
• For a casual dining option, head to The Ducks Bar and Restaurant. Nestled amongst the vineyards with a spectacular view of the Tamar River, you can drop in 7 days a week for brunch lunch and dinner.

There are great public transport links around this property, and you’re welcome to bring your own car. If you don't have a car we recommend a number of car-sharing apps such as Uber and Taxify.
