What We Love
The property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, and it's not your average house. The bathrooms are marble including the ensuite, which you'll find yourself lost for words at how beautiful it all looks with its double shower area and deep soaking bath. The Master bedroom which has an extensive closet and powder-room, itself seems like something straight out of Architectural Digest magazine; the rooms large size has an extensive window overlooking the pool and entertaining area below which also provides ample light or if you want a darker ambience just flip the motorized block-out blinds down.
The lower level of the three level home is affectionately called the ‘basement’. It has art-deco lounge chairs and ample space for hanging out with the fam or relaxation after that workout from the home gym. It’s a double sized lounge-room with premium carpet and fully functional air-conditioning and heating. This room has plenty of natural light or if you prefer the darkness while watching your favorite Netflix show on the large Smart TV, why not put the block-out blinds down.
From preparing a basic snack or family meal, the modern high-end kitchen is well-equipped. An intimate dining zone will bring the family together. A comfortable living area sits off the dining zone and connects to the outdoors. Open the doors and walk out to the timber deck. This is perfect for alfresco entertaining, whether that’s a BBQ or a quiet drink under moonlight. A grassed area will draw the kids outside and offers enough room for
games and enjoy the pool to cool down in the Bondi summer's heat.
