Despite its central location, the layout of the home and the provision of a balcony and a courtyard provide a breezy, natural feel, adding depth and character to the home. Indeed, a perfect balance of comfort and style.

The kitchen runs the full length of the left wall in crisp, handleless white cabinetry, fitted with quality appliances including an oven, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee maker. A solid timber dining table anchors the centre of the space beneath a striking floating staircase framed in glass, an architectural detail that draws the eye upward and lets light travel freely through the home. It's a great spot for a casual browse through some of Sydney's freshest seafood, and if you want to take it a step further, you can learn to cook your catch at the Sydney Seafood School. Be sure to also visit The Star, Sydney's largest entertainment complex, just minutes away on foot, boasting exquisite restaurants, luxury bars, a hotel, boutique shops and the Lyric Theatre. Whether you're after a special dinner or a big night out, there is truly something for everyone.
  • Cafes & Dining Pyrmont has a strong and welcoming cafe culture within easy walking distance. Head to Social Brew Cafe on Harris Street for a relaxed neighbourhood coffee, or wander to Quick Brown Fox Eatery for a proper sit-down brunch with a warm, local feel. For something more elevated in the evening, the restaurants at The Star precinct, including Sokyo and BLACK Bar and Grill, are just minutes from the front door.
  • Foreshores & Parks Pack a picnic and head to Pirrama Park, a beautiful foreshore reserve right on Pyrmont Bay. The park offers sweeping views of the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge and plenty of open lawn to stretch out on. It connects to a lovely waterfront walking path that traces the edge of the peninsula, making it ideal for a morning run or an easy afternoon stroll.
