Positioned on the ground floor of a boutique Paddington building, this one bedroom residence demonstrates how considered design transforms compact living into something far more refined. The open plan flows from kitchen to living to sleeping quarters in a single uninterrupted sweep, where timber floors anchor a palette of whites, soft blues and natural textures. Floor to ceiling glazed doors dissolve the boundary between interior and courtyard, extending the living space into the protected outdoor zone.

Living & Entertaining
Natural light enters through the courtyard facing glass and side windows that prevent the space from feeling tunnel like. The navy sofa grounds the living zone, dressed with cream striped cushions and textured throws that add warmth without disrupting the clean aesthetic. The black framed bifold doors stack back completely, turning the courtyard into a genuine extension of the living room. Outside, grey floor tiles create a low maintenance surface for the outdoor dining set, while a black Weber BBQ stands ready against the rendered wall.

Sleep
The bedroom sits within the open plan, defined by a curved upholstered headboard and abundant storage. A king bed fits comfortably, with built-in wardrobes keeping daily life organised. Morning light reaches this corner naturally, making it easy to start the day without harsh alarms. In the living area, a queen fold-out sofa provides flexible sleeping space for guests, maintaining the apartment's adaptable character.

Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen runs along the interior wall with white shaker style cabinets extending floor to ceiling, their black cup handles providing subtle contrast. Blue subway tiles cover the backsplash in a running bond pattern, adding the only strong colour note in the kitchen.
