• Luxe stays: A separate set of cancellation policies applies to these types of stays. Our cancellation policy is strict 60 days.
• Airflow: This home is designed like a greenhouse and enjoys plenty of natural airflow thanks to the ocean breeze. Please note there is no air conditioning or fans on site, as the property stays comfortable with its natural ventilation.
• Cameras: For security, there are cameras positioned both outside and inside the property. The internal cameras will remain switched off at all times during your stay.
• Stairs: There are 6 steps leading up to the front door, as well as 6 steps from the garage to the backyard. Please also note that the main bedroom and the additional two bedrooms are located upstairs on the second level.
