- We have a communal coin operated dryer available under the property (via the back door in the kitchen or through the side gate out the front) aswell as a private dryer in the garage to use.
- There are approx. 30 steps up to the apartment after collecting the keys.
- There are 2 access points into the main building, Bellevue Road, Bellevue Hill (level 3) and Leura Road, Double Bay (ground floor).

Some of the best bites are found at White Rabbit, who’s dedication to the Aussie coffee and brunch scene is not to be sniffed at, or Matteo, an elegant eatery which pays homage to the traditional flavours of Southern Italy, using fresh local ingredients that are of the highest quality.
- One of Sydney's best Japanese eateries, Sake, is not to be missed - and only a 5-minute stroll from your door, who could blame you for going there again and again!
