A grand, shaded entrance welcomes you to this modern palace. Lush plants look upon a marble outdoor atrium, welcoming you to your serene and exclusive apartment. The indoor/outdoor living is mirrored in your own living quarters, as each room opens into your private courtyard garden. 

The heart of your private living area is the open-plan living, dining and kitchen. The smooth lines of the gleaming white kitchen guide you past the breakfast bar to the inviting sofas, and dining table framed by garden views on 2 sides. The garden itself has a barbeque and shaded seating area, the ideal relaxing evening after a day soaking up the golden sun on the beach. Both bedrooms feature large queen-sized beds. The master room also boasts a desk, creating the perfect work from home space. 

This desirable apartment is situated in the heart of thriving Bondi. Yoga and pilates aren’t hard to find, there are gyms aplenty and the famed Bondi Icebergs pool beckons for a day of swimming laps and a Sauna. After an active day, collapse into a delectable cocktail at La Palma Cocktail Bar. A delicate balance of sumptuous flavours paired with an upmarket bohemian-style location can turn one drink into many. Or for a more laid-back approach spend lazy days surfing and sunbathing on the famed Bondi beach, the jewel of our coastline!

The Neighbourhood

• Bondi Icebergs Club is an international landmark which is not to be missed! The home of Winter swimming since 1929 this famous pool is open to visitors all year round. Located above the pool is a fabulous clubhouse where you can enjoy sweeping views over the pool and Bondi Beach as you drink or dine.
• You can’t stay here without checking out the gorgeous beaches – iconic surfer’s paradise Bondi Beach is on your doorstep and the beautiful Bronte Beach is not far. Or take a stroll along the Bondi to Coogee Coastal Path to take in the view of them all!
• Check out the casual yet fun bites to eat in this beachy neighbourhood. We would recommend The Fish Shop or Bangkok Bites for a relaxed lunch, and the best place to spend an upmarket evening has to be Totti's Italian on Bondi Road.
• If it’s shopping you’re after, Bondi weekend markets are a must. Just 23 minutes away, you’ll walk through the heart of Bondi before perusing for your own treasures and keepsakes.
• There are great public transport links around this property, and you’re welcome to bring your own car. If you don't have a car we recommend a number of car-sharing apps such as Uber and Taxify.
