What We Love
Moments from the vibrant streets of Potts Point, this stylish one-bedroom apartment offers a sophisticated base in one of Sydney’s most sought-after Eastern Suburbs neighbourhoods. Positioned on Level 3, it enjoys an elevated outlook and a bright, contemporary feel.
The open-plan living and dining area is comfortably appointed, with a deep olive sofa bed providing sleeping space for two additional guests. Generous windows capture beautiful golden-hour light throughout the space. Movie nights are made easy with a Samsung Frame TV and Sonos soundbar for quality home cinema sound. When not in use, the Frame TV switches to Art Mode, displaying a curated gallery of artwork that adds character to the space and complements its relaxed feel. A marble-topped coffee table, textured rug and contemporary oak dining setting add warmth and character, while the streamlined kitchen bar keeps the space feeling open and connected. The kitchen is well equipped for both short and extended stays, with a full-sized oven, induction cooktop, microwave and integrated washer/dryer while the marble-look benchtops give the space a clean, modern finish.
The bedroom features a queen bed dressed in crisp white linen, with built-in wardrobes providing ample storage. Soft blue curtains add a subtle touch of colour while allowing natural light to filter into the bedroom. The bathroom features a full-sized bathtub with overhead shower, complemented by classic period details that reflect the character of the building.
The apartment is ideally positioned just moments from Potts Point, with wine bars, restaurants, cafés and nightlife all close by. The area is known for its creative atmosphere and strong dining and arts scene. The nearby park adds a touch of greenery, while the train station is approximately a 10-minute walk away. The CBD is around 5–10 minutes by car, making it an easy base for exploring Sydney while staying in the Eastern Suburbs.

The Neighbourhood
- Cafés & Dining: The apartment is surrounded by an excellent café and dining scene, with local favourites including Poppi's Place and Elizabeth Bay Cafe nearby. A little further into Potts Point, PIÑA, Room Ten and Glider Garden are popular choices for coffee and relaxed dining, while Macleay Street and Llankelly Place are lined with restaurants, wine bars and cafés.
- Lifestyle & Leisure: Elizabeth Bay is particularly appealing for its combination of leafy streets and easy harbour access. Beare Park is close by for waterfront walks, open lawns and harbour views, with Elizabeth Bay Marina just beyond. Elizabeth Bay House offers a glimpse into the area’s heritage, while Rushcutters Bay and its surrounding parks provide further opportunities to walk, exercise, and enjoy the waterfront.
- Shops & Convenience: Everyday essentials are easy to access, with Elizabeth Bay Deli and local shops along Elizabeth Bay Road close to home. For a broader selection, Macleay Street and Potts Point offer supermarkets, specialty grocers, pharmacies, boutiques and independent retailers, including Store Next Door Convenience for convenient essentials. The wider Potts Point Village precinct adds a mix of fashion, homewares and specialty stores, making most day-to-day needs easily accessible without heading into the CBD.
Getting around:
- Public transport: Kings Cross Station is an eight-minute walk and puts the CBD roughly two minutes away by train on the T4 line. Bus routes 311 and 200 run along Elizabeth Bay Road and New South Head Road, connecting through to Kings Cross, Double Bay and the city.
- Uber: Rideshare services such as Uber are readily available in this area, making getting around quick and convenient at any time of day.
- Car share (GoGet): We recommend GoGet car share as a hassle-free alternative to bringing your own car. This property does not include parking, and GoGet pods are dotted through nearby Potts Point on Victoria Street and Macleay Street. Cars can be hired by the hour, day or week, are easy to book via the app, and once signed up you can collect the key or card access quickly and easily.
