** What We Love ***
Positioned on Old South Head Road, this two-bedroom apartment blends clean, contemporary interiors with a relaxed coastal sensibility, ideal for those looking to settle into the rhythm of Sydney’s eastern suburbs.
As soon as you step inside, you are immediately at ease. Pale oak floors, white walls and natural timber furniture set a warm, contemporary tone throughout. The open-plan living and dining area is anchored by a plush cream sofa, a ribbed timber coffee table and a large TV — perfect for cosy evenings in after a day at the beach. Coastal artwork lines the walls,
adding personality and warmth to every corner. Ducted air conditioning runs throughout, keeping things comfortable year-round.
Glass doors open onto your private balcony, the ideal spot for morning coffee as the day begins, or a glass of wine as the sun goes down. The marble kitchen is as beautiful as it is functional, finished with white cabinetry, stone benchtops and under-cabinet lighting. Everything you need is here; a 5-burner gas cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, large two-door refrigerator and dishwasher. A second door leads to a small balcony, flooding the kitchen with natural light. Cooking here never feels like a chore.
Both bedrooms are dressed in white linen with built-in robes and private ensuites. Each bedroom is finished to the same standard, with its own ensuite, built-in robe and queen bed. Each ensuite is finished in full-height marble-look tiling with a glass-panel shower, built-in shower niche, rain and hand shower, wall-mounted basin, toilet and a backlit mirrored cabinet above. The separate laundry with washer and dryer is tucked away, and a secure car space. The master bedroom goes one step further with a deep soaking bath and opens up to the balcony.
Sitting on the border of Bellevue Hill and Bondi Beach, the apartment places guests within easy reach of some of Sydney's best coastline. Hall Street in Bondi is a short walk away, with its cafés, restaurants and the beach itself just beyond. Rose Bay is a few minutes by car or bus, and Bondi Junction, with its train connections, supermarkets and dining, is close by. The famous Bondi to Bronte coastal walk is on the doorstep, and the broader Bondi lifestyle, morning swims, weekend markets, beachside dining, is part of daily life here rather than something to plan around.
