What We Love
Designed for sophisticated yet relaxed living, the home combines striking architecture with generous indoor and outdoor spaces. Five beautifully appointed bedrooms, six bathrooms, multiple living areas, a private heated swimming pool, home cinema, cocktail bar and beautifully designed covered outdoor entertaining spaces provide everything needed for an exceptional Sydney stay.
Spread across five levels, this remarkable home has been designed to maximise its elevated position, natural light and spectacular harbour outlook. A travertine-floored entrance leads to a striking floating timber staircase, while a glass-panelled stairwell and strategically positioned skylights draw natural light through the centre of the home. The home is designed for natural cross-flow ventilation. With doors and windows opening to the outdoors, the main living areas are designed to capture the harbour breezes and natural airflow keeping the place enjoyable year round.
The main living level is the heart of the home, with the kitchen and dining area opening seamlessly onto a covered outdoor dining terrace and a separate covered cabana lounge with its own outdoor gas fireplace. The kitchen is finished with a waterfall stone island, two integrated Wolf ovens, two integrated Sub-Zero wine fridges and a fully integrated Sub-Zero fridge freezer. Tucked to the side, the butler's pantry is fitted with a second sink, an integrated AEG microwave combi oven, a Breville coffee machine, a KitchenAid mixer and a dishwasher.

Upstairs, reached via the internal staircase, the bedroom levels are arranged for privacy. The master suite has a king bed, an ensuite with bath and separate shower, a walk-in robe and balcony access, alongside a second ensuite bedroom that also opens to the balcony. The level below holds two further queen bedrooms sharing a main bathroom, one with its own private courtyard and seating framed by a vertical garden wall. The top level is reserved for the fifth bedroom suite that has a king bed and its own ensuite, with private access to a back garden fitted with a sunbed and outdoor fire pit, reserved exclusively for guests staying in this room.
Downstairs, the entry level features a bar with a black stone benchtop and copper tapware, adjoining an informal living area that opens onto the outdoor dining and BBQ area. Set in Balgowlah Heights, the home sits directly on Forty Baskets Beach with direct access to the Spit to Manly walking track. Head left along the path towards North Harbour Reserve, Fairlight Beach and Manly's wharf, cafes and dining, or right into Sydney Harbour National Park for a longer bushland coastal walk.

The Neighbourhood
- Cafes & Dining: The home sits directly on Forty Baskets Beach, a quiet harbourside spot on the Spit to Manly walking track. Forty Beans Cafe at North Harbour Reserve is an easy walk along the track for coffee, while Manly's wider cafe, restaurant and bar scene along the Corso and Manly Wharf is a short trip further on, offering a much broader range of dining.
- Leisure & Lifestyle: Forty Baskets Beach has its own enclosed tidal swimming pool, a grassy picnic reserve and BBQ facilities right at the doorstep. From here, the Spit to Manly walk runs in both directions: towards Manly it passes Fairlight Beach and North Harbour Reserve, and towards the Spit Bridge it enters Sydney Harbour National Park, taking in Aboriginal heritage sites and harbour lookouts.
