The Neighbourhood
- Coogee beach is just on your doorstep, and the famous surf of Bondi beach beacons a short drive away – the perfect places to spend a day catching the waves, or just a tan.
- A must on your itinerary should be a swim at Wylie’s baths. These old-school ocean baths are one of Sydney’s best-kept secrets and a fabulous spot for a family day out.
- Check out Coogee Pavilion, the multi-level beachside hangout of choice. which boasts a wood-fired pizza oven, oyster bar, juice cart, flower stall and playground kitted out with three ping-pong tables, a giant Scrabble board and blocks. Upstairs is a rooftop bar with gorgeous views. Genteel in the day, this bar really comes alive at night.
- Coogee Bay Road shopping village (just a few hundred metres down the street) has a wonderful range of shopping – everything from Maloney’s green grocer, bottle shop, Woolworths metro, butcher, Coogee wine room and many cafes, restaurants to cover all tastes and gift shops.
There are great public transport links around this property, and you’re welcome to bring your own car. If you don't have a car we recommend a number of car-sharing apps such as Uber and Taxify.
