- Public transport: Translink bus route 705 stops directly on Old Burleigh Road at Fern Street, running every 10 minutes to Surfers Paradise and connecting to the broader Gold Coast network. The G:link light rail at Cavill Avenue station (approximately 5 minutes by bus or rideshare) provides fast, frequent connections north to Main Beach and Southport, and south to Broadbeach, running every 8 minutes in peak times and every 10–15 minutes at other times. Fares across South East Queensland are capped at 50 cents per journey with a go card or contactless payment.
