As soon as you step through the door, you’ll be greeted by designer features, artworks and breathtaking views of the harbour and city. Wall-to-ceiling windows flood the living room with natural light, only accentuating the artistic decor. A gallery wall overlooks a gleaming white kitchen, accentuated with delightful pops of aquamarine, ideal for preparing a delicious brunch to eat around the dining table. The clever broken-plan layout invites you into a comfortable lounge area, which spills onto the sunny balcony - complete with outdoor seating and unbeatable Harbour views. Enjoy a further covered balcony, where two paisley chairs invite you to watch the sunset from this relaxing alcove.
The bedrooms in this property are equally abundant in charm and comfort. The master holds a king bed with a flamboyant headboard, as well as boasting a private balcony and ensuite. The second bedroom is clad in designer polka-dot wallpaper and offers a bold blue built-in desk space, and a hidden Queen sized bed. The living room can also be converted into a sleeping space as there is a comfy sofa bed. If this glorious apartment itself wasn’t enough, you have access to a shared fitness suite and a shared pool for the duration of your stay.
Darling Point is, of course, famed for its beauty. Mansions with expansive views jostle alongside prestigious sights and vast green spaces. Nearby Rushcutters Bay Park is also a must-see - a stunning harbourside park that features outdoor tennis courts, a fenced sports oval and a cafe, full of families, dogs, and stylish residents. Bars, eateries, shops and transport are a stroll away in the Double Bay village which boasts some of the finest eateries and boutiques where waterside tranquillity is juxtaposed with a bustling cosmopolitan lifestyle. Venturing further afield, Paddington, Potts Point and Darlinghurst are all within easy reach.

The Neighbourhood
- For the nautically inclined the CYC Sailing Club has a bar and restaurant overlooking many Sydney-Hobart prestigious yachts. A charming 15-minute walk through Rushcutters Bay Park will take you to Potts Point, where you can find some more great options, like The Butler, Dear Sainte Eloise, and Chester White.
- If you’re a keen swimmer, The Murray Rose Pool, known to locals as 'Redleaf', is a wonderful nearby tidal pool, which is not to be missed. You can enjoy diving from the wraparound deck or taking a more chilled approach and sunbathing on the floating pontoon.
- If you’re looking for some upmarket cocktails, try the Roosevelt cocktail bar in Potts Point. A New York-style bar with an incredible range of martinis and only a 20-minute stroll from your door!
- We recommend grabbing the best breakfasts from Indigo, or Bills. For a delicious dinner, try Saké, where you can dine on the best Japanese flavours. Try and get a table on the roof terrace if you can!
There are great public transport links around this property, and you’re welcome to bring your own car. If you don't have a car we recommend a number of car-sharing apps such as Uber and Taxify.
