What We Love

Inside, considered furnishings and quality finishes create a cohesive contemporary aesthetic. The main living zone centres around a curved sofa and 70-inch TV, while a six-seat dining table provides a dedicated space for shared meals. Full-height glass draws the marina outlook into the apartment, creating a bright and open living environment throughout the day.
The fully equipped kitchen combines functionality with premium finishes and appliances, including an integrated dishwasher and microwave, refrigerator with chilled water and ice dispenser, SMEG toaster and kettle and a complete selection of cookware, dinnerware, serving ware and everyday kitchen essentials. For coffee and breakfast, Degani Hope Island and Little Spoon Kitchen are convenient local options, while Sanctuary Cove provides a more extensive dining precinct, including Rivers & Co Sanctuary Cove and Bistro 19. The surrounding marina villages make it easy to combine dining with a walk along the waterfront.

Getting Around
- Public transport: The new Hope Island railway station opened in May 2026 on the Gold Coast line, giving direct rail access toward Helensvale, Nerang and the wider Gold Coast network. Local bus route 718 connects Hope Island Marina Shopping Village to Helensvale in around 15 minutes, with onward connections to the G:link light rail.
- Uber: Rideshare services such as Uber operate throughout Hope Island and the wider Gold Coast, making it easy to get around at any time of day.
- Car share: GoGet does not currently operate on the Gold Coast. Flexicar is the local car share option, with vehicles based at nearby hubs including Helensvale and Southport for guests without their own car; the apartment's two secure car spaces cover most needs during a stay.
