What We Love
Positioned in a quiet residential street in Chifley, this split-level home offers a practical layout with separate living and sleeping zones, making it a perfect stay for families, professionals, and holiday stays. The entry features a stone-clad wall and herringbone oak flooring, with generous natural light throughout the main living areas.
The living room centres around a built-in gas fireplace framed in plastered stone, with floor-to-ceiling rear glazing and sheer curtains that soften the afternoon light. Furnishings include linen sofas, timber accents, and layered textures that give the space a refined but comfortable feel.
The kitchen includes a stone island with integrated cooktop and oven, oak-veneer cabinetry, and a separate coffee station with a Breville espresso machine and toaster. The adjoining dining area seats eight around a farmhouse-style table and provides additional storage with a timber sideboard.
The living room opens to a private stone-walled courtyard and an elevated timber deck with lounge seating overlooking a landscaped native garden. The setting is ideal for outdoor dining, morning coffee, or evening drinks. A separate laundry room is equipped with an integrated washer and dryer, providing added convenience. The internal-access garage opens directly into the home on the lower level.
