About this listing
A serene, Japanese-inspired sanctuary immersed in Tasmania’s breathtaking countryside.
Set high on a private hilltop in Snug, this one-of-a-kind modern home blends minimalist design with sweeping natural beauty. Floor-to-ceiling glass frames rugged coastal vistas, while a tranquil internal courtyard anchors the entire space in calm.
Living & Dining
The light-soaked living area invites slow mornings and quiet evenings—sink into designer sofas and watch the landscape shift with the weather. The gourmet open-plan kitchen, with its generous island and private pantry, is made for cooking local produce. Step outside to the courtyard to dine in complete serenity, or gather around the outdoor fire pit as the stars emerge.
Sleep & Bath
Both bedrooms echo refined Japanese aesthetics. The master features a plush king bed and a breathtaking ensuite—complete with a glass-framed sunken bath offering uninterrupted ocean views. The second bedroom, with its raised platform and memory-foam tatami mats, brings an elegant, transportive touch of the East.
