What We Love
Set among the sandstone laneways of The Rocks, Sydney's oldest neighbourhood, this three-bedroom apartment puts the harbour and the city's most famous landmarks right on your doorstep. Heritage pubs, weekend markets and cobbled streets surround you, while Circular Quay, the Harbour Bridge and the Sydney Opera House are all an easy walk away. A rare chance to stay in the historic heart of Sydney.
Inside, floor-to-ceiling windows frame the harbour and the city skyline. The large covered balcony is made for long lunches and sunset drinks, with an outdoor dining table and a relaxed lounge setting looking straight out to the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge. Up top, the heated rooftop pool is a highlight of the stay. Start the day with a morning swim, spend a lazy afternoon on the sun loungers with the city skyline all around you, or take an evening dip after a day exploring Sydney. It's warm enough to enjoy year round, and a sauna and barbeque area nearby round out the perfect rooftop retreat. Lift access makes arriving with luggage easy.
Three bedrooms, with a king bed in the master, a queen and a double, comfortably sleep up to six guests, making the apartment a natural fit for families or friends travelling together. The master bedroom has its own ensuite with a bathtub, perfect for a slow soak after a day exploring the city, while a second bathroom serves the other two bedrooms and keeps mornings running smoothly. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating, a welcome treat on cooler Sydney mornings. There's also a separate study with a desk, ideal if you need to catch up on work or plan the next day's adventures.
Step outside and the best of Sydney is within walking distance. Wander up to Observatory Hill for sweeping views of the Harbour Bridge, catch a ferry from Circular Quay, or follow the foreshore around to the Opera House and the Royal Botanic Garden. Barangaroo's waterfront dining is a short stroll away, and the Museum of Contemporary Art sits right on the harbour. It's inner-city living with village charm, history on every corner and the whole of Sydney Harbour within easy reach.
