What We Love
Perched on the top floor of a boutique building on Edward Street, this one-bedroom apartment ... is a perfect haven for those seeking a refined coastal escape in a prime Bondi location. The apartment combines exceptional interior design with uncompromised comfort.
Designed by SMAC Studio with a level of detail and material quality that feels closer to a boutique hotel than a typical rental, sheer floor-to-ceiling curtains frame sweeping views of Bondi Beach from both the living room and bedroom, while a private balcony draws in the ocean breeze. The interiors are anchored by a marble kitchen island, custom joinery, Astra Walker tapware, polished nickel hardware, and heated travertine floors; every element thoughtfully selected and refined.. The open-plan living and dining area flows naturally toward the kitchen, where a Leica espresso machine sits on the marble benchtop alongside a fully equipped kitchen ready for everything from a quick breakfast to an evening in. A bespoke oval dining table with banquette seating and timber chairs creates an intimate space to gather. The dedicated study, furnished with a beautiful burl wood desk and leather chair, is the ideal work-from-home setup. The bedroom is generous and quiet, fitted with a quality queen bed and ample storage, while the bathroom is a considered space featuring a hand-carved marble stone basin, gold-framed mirror, and warm ambient lighting. The apartment also includes in-unit laundry, one secure undercover car space, and ducted air conditioning throughout, every practical need conveniently covered.
Bondi Beach itself is a few minutes walk from the front door, with Campbell Parade's cafes, restaurants and beach kiosks right on the doorstep. Hall Street, the neighbourhood's buzzing spine of dining, boutiques and wellness studios, is within a five-minute stroll, and the start of the iconic Bondi to Coogee Coastal Walk is equally close. Bondi Junction, with its Westfield shopping centre and T4 train station connecting directly to the Sydney CBD, is around ten minutes by bus. Whether you're after an early morning swim, a surf lesson, a long lunch or a clifftop walk, everything this part of Sydney is famous for is right at your doorstep.

The Neighbourhood
- Bondi Living Bondi pulses with a laid-back coastal energy that feels both cosmopolitan and genuinely beachy. Edward Street sits right in the heart of it all, within easy walking distance of the sand, Hall Street's boutiques, and the Saturday Farmers' Market on Campbell Parade. The Sunday Bondi Markets fill the local school grounds with vintage finds and independent designers, and life here moves at a pace that's hard to replicate elsewhere in Sydney.
- Cafes & Dining Start the morning at The Bakery on Glenayr, a much-loved North Bondi institution turning out exceptional croissants, cardamom buns and artisan loaves from early morning. For brunch, bills on Campbell Parade is a Bondi classic with ricotta hotcakes and excellent coffee. When the fish and chip craving hits, Bondi Road Seafoods delivers after a morning at the beach. For a special occasion, Bar Totti's is a standout with vibey Italian share plates and excellent natural wine. And for sundowners with a view, a drink at Icebergs Bar, perched above the iconic ocean pool, is one of those Sydney experiences that never gets old.
- Beach & Wellness Begin your day with yoga or reformer Pilates at BodyMindLife on Hall Street, a beautifully designed studio steps from the sand with world-class instructors. For those wanting to get in the water, Let's Go Surfing is Bondi's only officially licensed surf school, with beginner group lessons and private coaching directly on the beach. The iconic Bondi Icebergs pool, set dramatically into the southern headland cliff, is open year-round with a gym, sauna and one of the best views in Sydney. For recovery, The Well and Nimbus & Co offer infrared saunas and ice baths.
- Day Trip One of Sydney's most iconic experiences starts right at the end of your street, the Bondi to Coogee Coastal Walk is a six-kilometre clifftop track taking around two to three hours at a relaxed pace. The walk winds past Tamarama, Bronte Beach, Clovelly and Gordons Bay before finishing at the sheltered sands of Coogee, with ocean pools and sweeping Pacific views along the way. Between October and November, Sculpture by the Sea transforms the Bondi to Tamarama section into the world's largest free outdoor sculpture exhibition. From May to November, the headland is also a brilliant vantage point for the annual humpback whale migration.
