What We Love
Positioned in one of Sydney's most beloved coastal suburbs, this two-bedroom apartment combines effortless style with a relaxed beachside soul, a sun-drenched haven that feels like a permanent holiday from the moment you arrive.
Step inside and see the space is flooded with natural light from morning through to evening, and a constant coastal breeze drifts through, a perk of being so close to the harbour. The open-plan living and dining area is warm and welcoming, anchored by a generous marble-topped oval dining table that seats eight, warm timber floors, and a wall-mounted TV framed by a custom timber entertainment unit and shelving. Harbour and water views span through the windows, making this a space worth lingering in. The kitchen has been beautifully renovated with white cabinetry, stone benchtops and a glossy subway-tile splashback. The space is fully equipped for comfortable cooking with Miele oven, gas cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle. The laundry facility is neatly tucked into the kitchen, keeping everything self-contained.
The accommodation wing offers two well-appointed bedrooms, each with its own distinct character. Bedroom one is a generous queen-sized retreat wrapped in sash windows on two sides, with harbour views, a ceiling fan, ample storage and a pink upholstered bench seat. Its private ensuite is bright and modern, a frameless shower and a heated towel rail. Bedroom two is a charming double with a rattan arch headboard, soft pink accents, a vintage yellow task lamp and a timber shelf styled with books and a framed print. It is served by the main bathroom, which features sage-green vertical tiles in the shower area, stone benchtops, a wall-length mirror and a heated towel rail.
Located in a classic Manly building, the apartment places you within easy reach of everything the suburb has to offer. Manly Beach is a short five-minute stroll away, while the harbour foreshore and Manly Wharf, home to the iconic ferry, waterfront restaurants and the Fast Ferry to the city, are equally close on foot. The Corso, Manly's beloved pedestrian strip of cafes, shops and alfresco dining, is within easy walking distance, and Shelly Beach and its coastal walking track around the headland are just minutes further. For days when you want to venture further afield, the Manly Ferry to Circular Quay takes around 30 minutes, placing the Sydney CBD, the Opera House and Darling Harbour well within reach.

The Neighbourhood
- Manly Living: Wake up to one of Sydney's most enviable addresses, where the harbour is visible from your windows and the ocean is minutes from your door. Manly Beach's golden sands stretch for over a kilometre, drawing swimmers, surfers and morning walkers year-round. The waterfront promenade buzzes with energy from dawn to dusk, with joggers, dog walkers and fellow early risers all soaking up the salt air. In the evenings, the suburb comes alive with locals spilling out of wine bars and restaurants, giving the area an infectious, village-like energy.
- Cafes and Dining: Fuel up at Rollers Bakehouse on The Corso, beloved across Sydney for its creative pastries and exceptional coffee. For waterfront dining, Hugos Manly is a long-standing local icon serving modern Italian with harbour views from its prime wharf position. Garfish is the suburb's go-to for refined seafood, with clean white interiors that frame the light off the harbour, and Felons Brewing Co. at Manly Wharf is a lively spot for craft beer and casual plates on an open deck over the water. Cibaria at Manly Pacific brings an Italian all-day dining experience right on the beachfront, while The Pantry on the North Steyne promenade is perfect for a relaxed breakfast with sand-view seating and a wholesome coastal menu.
- Beach and Shopping: Manly Beach is a short stroll away, offering world-class surf, ocean swimming and the famous Manly to Shelly Beach coastal walk around the headland. Shelly Beach itself is a protected marine sanctuary with calm, clear water, ideal for snorkelling and families, and The Boathouse Shelly Beach serves fresh seafood platters with some of the best water views in Sydney. The Corso pedestrian strip connects the harbour to the ocean beach and is lined with boutique surf shops, homewares, galleries and alfresco cafes. On weekends, the strip transforms with a makers' market, street performers and the kind of laid-back energy that makes Manly feel like a permanent holiday.
- Day Trips: The iconic Manly Ferry to Circular Quay is one of the world's great commutes, crossing Sydney Harbour in around 30 minutes with views of the Opera House, Harbour Bridge and North Head along the way. From Circular Quay it is easy to explore the CBD, The Rocks, Darling Harbour and beyond, making the city feel effortlessly accessible. The Bondi to Coogee coastal walk is a favourite Sydney day trip, take the ferry to the city, a train or bus to Bondi Junction, and follow the famous six-kilometre clifftop trail through Tamarama, Bronte and Clovelly down to Coogee. Alternatively, head inland to the Blue Mountains for dramatic escarpments and eucalyptus valleys, or north along the Northern Beaches for a string of surf beaches stretching all the way to Palm Beach.
Getting Around
- Ferry — The Manly Ferry (F1 service) runs from Manly Wharf direct to Circular Quay in approximately 30 minutes, operating 7 days a week. It is one of the most scenic commutes in the world and a highlight in its own right. The Fast Ferry (private service) also connects Manly to Circular Quay in around 18–20 minutes.
- Bus — Multiple bus routes operate from Manly Wharf and along Pittwater Road, connecting to the Northern Beaches, North Sydney, Chatswood and the Sydney CBD. The B-Line double-decker service runs from nearby stops through to Wynyard and the city centre. All services accept Opal Cards and contactless payment.
- Uber — Rideshare services such as Uber are readily available in Manly, making getting around quick and convenient at any time of day.
- Car Share (GoGet) — We recommend GoGet car share as a hassle-free alternative to bringing your own car. Manly has over 50 GoGet vehicles available across the suburb and this property does not include parking. GoGet provides dedicated parking bays on surrounding streets, with cars and vans available to book by the hour or day via the app.
