What We Love
Spanning two meticulously designed levels, this modern residence showcases a refined interplay of texture, tone, and architectural detail. Grigio Carnico and Ash Black marble are complemented by Havwoods European oak flooring in a herringbone layout, while coffered ceilings add depth and quiet sophistication throughout. Bathed in natural light, the interiors are anchored by a soft, neutral palette and sculptural furniture silhouettes that lend warmth and quiet luxe.

The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area captures natural light, creating a bright and open atmosphere throughout. The kitchen is anchored by a dark marble splashback and curved island bench, dressed in the same stone, with brass-edged cabinetry running floor to ceiling. Miele appliances, a Vintec 35-bottle wine fridge, and a Zip filtered water tap sit alongside a KitchenAid stand mixer for guests.
