Home Truth/s:
- Although there is no aircon, 2 stand-alone fans are available, unit is east facing so doesn't get too hot in Summer
- The red sofa bed is no long available however there is a desk and chair available
- NO Clothes Dryer
- Lift will be out for 3 months. Strata have proposed Jun/Jul/August but dates not confirmed just yet. Unit is on Level 5 so not suitable for older or disabled.
- There will also be a window and balcony door replacement as well as new curtains/blinds installed. Dates are not confirmed but it will most likely take around 1 week and be during the period April/May.
