This State of the art apartment is situated in the Paddington neighborhood of downtown Sydney. With design by Nina Maya Interiors in collaboration with local suppliers, this contemporary masterwork offers an experience of this Australian metropolis while placing you within minutes of its most iconic attractions. The apartment features an outdoor lounge and spacious interior living areas, appointed with features for cooking and entertainment. Three bedroom suites (two with king beds and one with a queen) accommodate families and groups of friends, up to six in size.
The architecture of the Contemporary House features open-concept layouts on both floors and abundant natural light.
