This bijous apartment boasts all you need for the perfect, yet convenient, escape. An electric cooktop, an integrated dishwasher, and a washing machine provide ease, alongside strong environmental credentials. The eco-friendly ethos of the building is evident throughout, with composting facilities and individual water tanks, ensuring a sustainable escape. The master bedroom embraces a minimalist and eco-conscious design and boasts a plush Queen bed, and the bathroom features a rejuvenating shower. There is also private parking for one car. 
 

The charm of this apartment is only enhanced by its enviable leafy location, and short walk to the famous Bondi Beach! Cooper Park is a charming green space on your doorstep, which is the ideal setting for breakfasting on some pastries from the famed ‘Grumpy Baker’. The famous cafes and buzzing vibe of Bondi and the beach itself are within easy reach. For weekend visitors the Bondi markets offer an eclectic mixture of trendsetting new brands and vintage gems and are worth a visit to soak up the artsy, laid-back and quintessentially Bondi vibes.

The Neighbourhood 

• Grab some great food in a tranquil setting at Cafe Arno, where all-day breakfast is the star of this casual diner. 
• Escape the city, and immerse yourself in one of Sydney’s best-kept secrets; Bedouin Restaurant, Bar & Lounge – Double Bay. Inspired by three generations of family heritage, Bedouin pays homage to the Middle East, through traditional Lebanese food, paired with elegant interiors and lush settings. 
• Located at the southern end of Bondi Beach, Bondi Icebergs Club is an international landmark which is not to be missed! The home of Winter swimming since 1929 this famous pool is open to visitors all year round. Located above the pool is a fabulous clubhouse where you can enjoy sweeping views over the pool and Bondi beach as you drink or dine.
• Head over for a day trip to Bondi Beach. In cooler weather take on the coastal Coogee to Bondi walk or in Summer sun bake on the sand or hit the waves with a surf lesson!

There are great public transport links around this property, and you’re welcome to bring your own car. If you don't have a car we recommend a number of car-sharing apps such as Uber and Taxify.
