About this listing
What We Love
Overlooking Harmony Park in the prestigious Surry Hills area is this designer apartment complex. The epitome of modern city living, this apartment offers clever design in an idyllic setting. With stunning wood-panelled communal areas, a dramatic pool and gym access, you'd be hard-pressed to find a better location as your next home-away-from-home.
Cleverly spacious, this minimal apartment embraces light and leafy views. A dramatic, black-framed floor-to-ceiling window opens onto a private covered balcony, flooding this home with light and style. Intelligent design choices can be found throughout this urban loft; sliding doors separate your rooms, and a mezzanine bedroom is found atop the pristine living space. Glass tables and white furniture deliver a chic and well-thought-out space; dining on your balcony with a park view is as divine as working from your laptop on the comfortable sofa.
Exploring Surry Hills, you'll find you're in one of Sydney's dining hubs: it's got an incredible array of great restaurants, ranging from affordable fare to trendy, upscale spots. Spend some time exploring Crown Street, the epicentre for the best dining and shopping hot spots. This is one of the most walkable neighbourhoods in the city - everything is only a few minutes away!
Just a short stroll to some of the best design stores, cafes, and restaurants, you don't have to venture far to come across a delightful offering. The Beresford is a gorgeous pub just around the corner, with a large beer garden and delicious wood-fired pizzas. For sightseeing, you're only a 10-minute drive to the Opera house, or 15 minutes from surfer's paradise, Bondi beach.
