What We Love

Sitting on the upper level of a boutique building on Bent Street, this three-bedroom apartment has been finished to a modern, contemporary standard. The interiors are comprised of thoughtfully selected materials throughout: herringbone timber flooring, cove lighting set into sculptural ceiling recesses, and a palette of warm stone, brushed timber, and bouclé.

The open-plan living and dining is flooded by natural light through the floor-to-ceiling glass door that opens fully to the covered balcony with alfresco dining, capturing sweeping views across Neutral Bay to the Sydney CBD skyline and Harbour Bridge. The lounging area is centred around a marble-framed linear gas fireplace, complemented by a wall-mounted television. Curved upholstered pieces soften the interior, creating balance against the richness of the marble and timber palette.
