The downstairs floor is the welcoming entertainment floor of this house. A stylish kitchen, with cleverly concealed appliances, is a designer space perfect for mixing a cocktail. Opening onto a large dining area, which folds into a comfortable living space, with low dusky sofas and gorgeous modern art, this is the perfect place to relax. Throw open the double doors and let the outside in, or relax in the bijou courtyard with chic panelling and leafy plants to welcome in the evening. An impeccably designed narrow handrail guides you up the staircase to the second floor – as delightful as the first. Three bedrooms with a boho feel make up the majority of the floor, sharing a gorgeous jade green-tiled bathroom. You also have ample working space if you want to turn this into a longer stay.
Nestled next to Centennial Park, this amazing house offers you plenty to do in the surrounding area. Go for a park run or cycle to welcome in the day, or take the kids to Westfield for a shopping spree and a movie. Of course, you couldn’t be in Bondi without visiting the famous surfing beaches -and you’re just a 45-minute walk from 2 of the best!
Bondi is one of the best spots in Australia for a relaxed and delicious gastronomy scene. Check out Love Supreme in Paddington for notable pasta and pizza, and for a later evening, check out the Wine Library for an evening tipple.

- If you’re travelling to Bondi, you’ll doubtless be ready to surf. Head to Bondi Beach, Tamarama and Bronte for the best waves.
- You’re situated in a bubbling hun of great food. We recommend Waa Cafe sushi restaurant on Oxford St or The Nelo (the Nelson hotel bistro) for the best reservations.
- You’re right next to the rolling Centennial park, which is an expansive park, perfect for walking, running, and cycling.
- Head to nearby Phoenix Bar, which claims a unique twist on traditional foods and fabulous drinks.
